Last Week for ‘Breakout’
Breakout - Art Exhibit
March 24 - April 22
The Morini Gallery in Mansfield has put out a challenge to local artists to create a piece by experimenting with new materials, medium
or by adopting a new palette or style to create a piece called their “Breakout” piece. The current exhibit displaying the works of artists
in their “usual” form with the “break out” piece along side it opens this Saturday, March 24th with a reception for the general public and
artists from 5 PM to 7 PM. The Morini Galley exhibit features works submitted by twenty artists origniating from Mansfield, Foxboro,
Franklin, Easton, Norton, Walpole. The reception is free and open to the public and a great opportunity to meet and talk with artists about
their works.
The Morni Gallery is located at 377 North Main Street and open Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM and by appointment on
evenings and weekends. “The gallery is a non-profit gallery and visitors are never pressured to purchase, so asking for an appointment
is just to assure that visitors can come in when the gallery is not “officially open” said Ken Butler the Executive Director of MMAS.
