Gift of the Magi
Based on the beloved short stories of O. Henry, “The Gifts of the Magi” is a holiday tale destined to become a family favorite. Directed by Ken Butler and Alice Springer with Musical Direction by Michael Duarte, the show features the music of Randy Courts and Mark St. Germain.
Della and Jim Dillingham are newlyweds from the Wheat Belt struggling to make their life together in 1905 New York City. With the help of Willy, the newspaper boy, Soapy Smith, the conniving bum, and the inhabitants of “this small town off the Jersey coast,” the destitute Dillinghams sacrifice all they have to learn that the greatest gift one can give another is love.
